ROLE SUMMARY
The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive day to day support executing a full range of administrative duties for the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Enterprise Product Management and Learning & Development. Strong communication problemsolving travel & meeting coordination and organizational skills are for this role. As a part of Pfizer Digital the Executive Assistant will work in a dynamic environment interacting with all levels of Pfizer management including executive leaders across the company. This position requires an experienced and forwardthinking individual who has the necessary technical skills and change agility to work in a fastpaced setting while displaying sound judgment and professional integrity.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Day to day oversight including scheduling meetings organizing travel and working closely with the operations lead to align priorities.
Manage complex calendars by anticipating conflicts and using diplomacy to resolve problems in advance
Schedule and coordinate all virtual and inperson team meetings with consideration to video or teleconferencing conference room reservations travel & accommodations and other meeting logistics as needed
Proactively prioritize incoming requests initiate followup and expedite workflows to ensure deadlines are met and leaders are properly prepared
Prepare expense reports track reimbursements and ensure correct corporate card credits/debits
Routine office management including ordering supplies reviewing mail and preparing purchase orders.
Complete a variety of ad hoc assignments to support Enterprise Product Management and Learning & Development in achieving team objectives
Engage with other executive administrative assistants as a team to collectively manage workflow for the Pfizer Digital leadership team
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma Bachelors degree preferred
Candidate must have a minimum of 7 years of administrative/executive support experience that demonstrates the ability to carry out the responsibilities detailed above
Highly organized and detailoriented with strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite i.e. Outlook and Teams for calendaring and communications; PowerPoint Word and Excel to prepare presentations documents or reports; and familiarity with OneDrive and Sharepoint
A strong sense of personal integrity; able to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive information; exhibit good judgment and decisionmaking
Demonstrated strengths in both verbal and written communication to seamlessly interact with experienced professionals
Individual should be proactive and selfmotivated with a solution mindset willing to take direction and learn new technologies/skills and independent with the ability to work with minimal oversight
Must demonstrate the following competencies: organizational savvy resourcefulness effective communication and collaboration situational adaptability
NONSTANDARD WORK SCHEDULE TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work overtime when necessary
Hybrid role with 2 to 3 days in office
