Key Responsibilities:
1. Equipment Business
Develop and expand the market for appropriate products in Saudi Arabia Oman and UAE while exploring opportunities in other Middle Eastern countries.
Establish and nurture direct longterm relationships with major customers ensuring strong key account management and customer intimacy.
Drive customer engagement through regular interactions understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Lead the team to achieve budget targets for order intake sales and payments on a yearly quarterly and monthly basis.
2. Service Business
Ensure the highquality timely delivery of services to all customers across the Middle East strictly adhering to Normets standards and commitments.
Foster a customercentric approach within the team ensuring that service delivery consistently exceeds expectations.
Ensure full compliance with Normets safety policies and regulatory standards.
Develop and upskill the sales and service teams including distributor personnel to enhance technical and commercial competence.
Establish a culture of collaboration accountability and high performance within the team.
Manage and achieve budgeted sales order intake and payment collections on a yearly quarterly and monthly basis.
3. GCCT (Ground Construction Chemicals & Technology) Business
Retain and strengthen existing business operations in MiddleEast ensuring continued growth and market leadership.
Expand into Saudi Arabia Kuwait and UAE by identifying the right products customers and projects.
Build and maintain strong distributor relationships ensuring compliance with Normets policies and performance standards.
Develop and drive budget strategies for order intake sales and collections under the direction of the GCCT BL of the Sales Area.
4. Team Leadership & General Administration
Lead mentor and motivate a highperforming team ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a culture of excellence.
Promote crossfunctional collaboration between sales service and operations teams to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Oversee legal and statutory compliance including banking regulations ensuring full adherence to local laws.
Manage HR and administrative functions ensuring smooth operations and team wellbeing.
Maintain a strong and positive relationship with Normets sponsor company in Doha ensuring alignment with local business practices.
Experience & Qualifications:
15 years of experience in sales service and general management within a relevant industry.
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a business role within the Middle East.
Proven ability to lead teams drive customer engagement and manage key accounts.
Engineering background with an MBA in Sales & Marketing or Operations Management.
