Job Description
Position start date: August 4 2025
Previous high school coaching experience is recommended. The coach will assist the varsity coach in all aspects of the program and will be responsible for a subvarsity team.
The applicant must be able to display the following attributes:
- A commitment to high ethical and professional standards.
- A demonstrated ability to lead young studentathletes toward academic and athletic excellence.
- A strong ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Skilled in organization time management and a commitment to the vision of the Sherwood Athletic Program.
- A great understanding of the training skill development and coaching techniques involved in high school soccer.
- The ability to generate excitement and enthusiasm for the sport of soccer throughout the community.
- A commitment to the importance of academic excellence and achivement for all studentathletes in the program.
