Job Description
Hire Resolve is looking for a Junior/Mid Contract Manager to join a dynamic team in Midrand. This position is perfect for individuals who are eager to advance their careers in contract management within the logistics and construction sectors. As a Junior/Mid Contract Manager you will assist in managing contracts while ensuring compliance and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting reviewing and managing contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Support the Contract Manager in negotiating contract terms with clients and suppliers.
- Monitor contract and performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Maintain records of all contracts and related documentation.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding contractual matters.
- Participate in regular contract reviews and audits.
- Assist in resolving contract disputes and claims effectively.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Law or a related field.
- Strong understanding of contract law and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience within the logistics or construction industry is a plus.

- must be professionally registered SACPCMP ECSA
- 7 10 years experience
- Commercially strong willing to travel between projects
