Alliance Healthcare a part of Cencora is a leading pharmaceutical distributor dedicated to improving the lives of people and animals. We are currently seeking a detailoriented and proactive Inventory Clerk to join our team in Belfast.
Location: Belfast BT3
Rate of Pay: 12.10 per hour
Hours: Monday Thursday 6:00 AM 2:30 PM Friday 6:00 AM 1:30 PM 39 hours per week
Job Purpose: As an Inventory Clerk you will assist the Loss Prevention Manager in maintaining the accuracy and effectiveness of our Branch Inventory System. You will play a vital role in auditing inventoryrelated tasks and ensuring compliance with our established procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate slot data including dimensions and types.
Process new and discontinued product lines accurately.
Conduct audits on stock movements adjustments and invoice amendments.
Perform scheduled stock counts with precision.
Complete daily Inventory Control Sheets.
Assist in the reconciliation of company stock takes as required.
Support Branch Management with various requests.

Knowledge Skills and Experience Required:
Essential:
High Visual Accuracy
Good verbal communication skills
Intermediate written communication skills
Intermediate numeracy and literacy
Strong customer care orientation
Desirable:
Previous experience in a warehouse environment is highly desirable.
