Responsible for design development modification debug and/or maintenance of software systems
What will your job look like
You will design develop modify debug and/or maintain software code according to functional nonfunctional and technical design specifications.
You will follow Amdocs software engineering standards applicable software development methodology and release processes to ensure code is maintainable scalable and supportable and demo the software products to stakeholders.
You will investigate issues by reviewing/debugging code provide fixes and workarounds and review changes for operability to maintain existing software solutions.
You will work within a team collaborate and add value through participation in peer code reviews provide comments and suggestions and work with cross functional teams to achieve goals.
You will assume technical accountability for your specific work products within an application and provide technical support during solution design for new requirements.
You will be encouraged to actively look for innovation continuous improvement and efficiency in all assigned tasks.
All you need is...
Must have at least 3 years of software development experience .
Must have handson experience in Helix ITSM development.
Must have experience in integration remedy with various 3rdparty applications.
Must be able to validate complex integrations E2E implemented on different technologies.
Must have good analytical skills to foresee if any project have any kind of risk or if it needs performance related testing .
Must be able to take full ownership on support activities of BAU applications .
Must be able to define exact quality measures or any product going out of development
Should be innovative enough to identify the process gaps and communicate them to lead/manager on time .
Knowledge of core Java.
Knowledge of DevOps and Agile concepts.
BMCHelix migration/architecture/flow knowledge.
Experience in Remedy( 8.x.9.x) ITSM development.
BMC AO/TSO basics.
Oracle and Linux knowledge.
Hands on with any of the APM tool.
Full time Bachelors degree in any technical field like BE BTech etc.
