About 6 Heart Tower Cardiac Observation6 Heart Tower is a 30bed telemetry unit specializing in the care of pre and postvascular and cardiac procedural patients. This unit also supports medicalsurgical overflow providing a dynamic and fastpaced environment for LPNs to expand their clinical skills in cardiac and general patient care.
What Youll DoProvide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN in a telemetry setting.
Monitor cardiac observation patients pre and postprocedure.
Assist in medication administration patient assessments and care planning.
Educate patients and families on cardiac procedures postprocedural care and lifestyle modifications.
Collaborate with nurses physicians and the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
RequirementsGraduate from an accredited LPN Program.
Current valid Georgia LPN license.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Will consider current nursing students graduating from an accredited RN education program within 60 days.
