Groundskeeper

CooperZadeh Management is the property management division of Cooper Zadeh and works in conjunction with Camden Homes. Cooper Zadeh isa vertically integrated privatelyowned company that is in the business of providing housing solutions to the workforce of America.

Purpose of the Job:

CooperZadeh Management is searching for a Groundskeeper to join our Team. The Groundskeeper plays a key role in maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of our community. This handson position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in creating a welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily grounds cleanup including removal of trash and pet waste from common areas.

• Maintain landscaping around model homes and amenity spaces (watering light trimming etc..

• Assist with trash outs and light cleanup of vacated homes.

• Support the maintenance team with general labor tasks as needed.

• Report any safety hazards or maintenance concerns to the Property Manager.

Qualifications:

• Reliable punctual and able to work independently.

• Physically able to perform outdoor labor in varying weather conditions.

• Prior groundskeeping or maintenance experience preferred but not required.

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

• Ability to lift at least 40lbs.

• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
