Job Description
- Be a sponge obtain comprehensive knowledge of all agency systems and processes
- Provide clients with industryleading customer service
- Work with the team and do whatever is needed to get the job done have a cando attitude
- Assist with Certificates of Insurance applications cancellations and other client needs
- Learn and master our CRM system Applied Epic
- Communicate with carriers via phone and email to problemsolve
- Bachelors degree with interest in all things Insurance
- Ability to be flexible in the Small Business environment
- Selfmotivation and accountability to get the job done
- An eye for detail and great written and verbal communication skills
- Grit and organizational skills to complete detailed tasks
- Team player able to work with all levels of the organization effectively and efficiently
