Job Description
The Leasing and Marketing Manager will be responsible for the leasing of food court spaces
to potential vendors and the marketing of the food court to increase foot traffic and vendor
success. This role requires a dynamic individual who possesses excellent negotiation skills
a deep understanding of the food and beverage industry and the ability to develop and
implement effective marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business administration Marketing Real Estate or a related field.
- Proven experience in leasing real estate or marketing preferably in the food and beverage or retail industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Ability to analyze market trends and financial data.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for the food and beverage industry.
