Candidateshaving Military/Sports Coaching background working experience would be givenfirst preference.
Shouldbe able to speak at least 23 Indian languages.
TravelPAN India as per Training/ Coaching requirements.
Requirements
Roles & Responsibilities:
Identificationof Coaching needs their Content Development and expertise in delivery & Implementation.
Monitoringdaily team performance sharing HO feedback with the team working on ground& Implementing necessary changes.
Onground travel for minimum 20 25 days (Intercity & Interstates).
Assesscoaching needs through surveys Door to door interviews with employees orconsultations with managers or instructors.
Delivercoaching to employees using a variety of instructional techniques. Should beable to understand Individual Capacity and then deliver accordingly.
Buildmonthly quarterly and annual coaching/training program.
Implementcoaching KPIs.
Prepareand present reports on Coaching/Training program KPIs.
Recordmaintenance for audit purposes.
Measuringcoaching effectiveness
Interdepartmentalcoordination.
Operationbased role which entails 70 Operational & 30 other duties to beperformed on a regular basis.
Workingwith a team as a field observer/ Field Research if needed.
