Are you ready to take your career to the next levelWere on the hunt for a dynamic and passionate Senior Data Coordinator to lead our Data Management (DM) operational tasks for cuttingedge studies. If youre a detailoriented problemsolver with a knack for leadership we want you on our team!
What Youll Do:
- Lead the Charge:Be the goto DM expert and DM operational point of contact for exciting projects.
- Quality Champion:Ensure all deliverables exceed quality standards and delight our customers.
- Data Detective:Report on data collection quality and site issues keeping our team leaders in the loop.
- Collaborative Guru:Work handinhand with Clinical Data Management personnel to deliver topnotch data on time.
- Data Wizard:Resolve data queries clean data and ensure seamless data transfer and archiving.
- Mentor Extraordinaire:Guide and inspire team members ensuring they complete all required training and deliver quality data outputs.
- Tech Innovator:Help develop and implement the latest technology and database revisions.
What You Bring:
- A Bachelors degree in clinical biological or mathematical sciences or equivalent experience.
- Stellar organizational communication and computer skills.
- Eagleeyed attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office Word and Excel; bonus points for clinical application programming/macro knowledge.
- Data Management experience in clinical research
- A knack for building strong working relationships with coworkers managers and clients.
