Role Purpose Statement:The Bunge Operations Trainee Program is Bunges 18month program designed for recently graduated professionals who are ready to kickstart their career.

Through handson experience and unique rotational learning opportunities in our industrial facilities trainees will learn about the various aspects of our operations understand our business and gain technical skills in Bunges production processes projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Upon successful completion of the program trainees will continue their career at Bunge in a fulltime position that suits best with their career aspirations (Process Engineer Utility & Reliability Engineer CI Engineer etc..

Main Accountabilities :
On the job virtual and classroom learning and development opportunities;
Participate in a Mentoring Program;
Work on real business challenges and gain exposure to crossfunctional business experts and senior leadership;
Gain field experience in multiple Bunge facilities;
Build knowledge of cuttingedge technology used to support oil(seed) processing;
Be part of a multinational worldclass team of curious entrepreneurs and innovative individuals.
Take a permanent position in Bunge at the start of the Traineeship Program.

Education & Experience :
Fresher with Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Oil Mechanical Electrical Industrial;
Excellent social skills and an eagerness to find solutions to complicated situations;
Being adaptable to change and passionate about continuous improvement
A strong motivation to learn grow and develop as a team and individually;
Excellent English language skills. Other languages are a benefit;
The eagerness to consider work at any location in or outside country based on company opportunities;
