CHS consists of Consumer Products and Healthcare sectors.
Consumer products largely entail Retail and Agri business. Companies in this sector meet the demands of consumers all around the world every day; providing everything from agricultural crops to food clothes durables and retail experiences. We help clients to capture new sources of profitable growth rethinking how and where they bring value to consumers today and into the future. Incumbents need to shift their focus from defending what they have to creating what they need to become.
The Health Sciences & Wellness architecture brings together a worldwide network of professionals to build datacentric approaches to customer engagement and improved outcomes. To retain relevancy in todays digitally focused datainfused ecosystem all participants in the sector must rethink their business practices including capital strategy partnering and the creation of patientcentric operating models.
SAT EYP STRATEGY :
Strategy and Transactions enables clients to reimagine ecosystems reshape portfolios and reinvent for a better future. Using our Capital Agenda framework we work with clients to find answers to todays toughest strategic financial operational and commercial questions. We help corporates private equity governments sovereign wealth funds private and family businesses and educational institutions with their key financial issues. From portfolio review and capital allocation processes to financial planning analytics and decision support we have the people analytics and tools to better allocate capital. Our team helps clients manage their risk/return tradeoffs to support them with better decisionmaking around financing and capital efficiency.
Whether clients are preserving optimizing raising or investing our Connected Capital Solutions (CCS) are our five gotomarket offerings that help drive competitive advantage and increased returns through improved decisionmaking. The CCS include Strategy Corporate Finance Buy and Integrate Sell and Separate and Reshaping Results and are underpinned by our Connected Capital Technologies.

Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
Prior experience of working on commercial diligences market entry transformation experience
Adept with financial modeling
Skills and attributes
To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification
PG from a Tier 1 Institute with a focus on leading delivery of consulting projects in a professional services environment
Strong financial acumen
Experience
35 years of relevant postqualification experience in strategy/ CDD consulting
