Job Summary:

As an Administrative Assistant youll provide essential support to keep our organization running smoothly. Youll manage a variety of tasks that are key to the efficiency and productivity of our team making you the backbone of our daily operations. If youre organized proactive and thrive in a dynamic environment this position offers the perfect opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Answering and routing phone calls to the appropriate staff members

  • Scheduling appointments

  • Greeting clients and visitors in the lobby

  • Taking/making premium payments for insurance policies

  • Filing documents and records retention

  • Handle expense reporting for management

  • Some data entry in Word and Excel

  • Other duties as assigned

Primary Skills & Requirements:

  • Can prioritize projects in a fastpaced environment

  • Accurate in data entry and high overall attention to detail

  • Contribute as a team player while focusing on supervisors priorities

  • Proficient in writing editing and typing

  • Able to provide travel options and book reservations according to supervisor needs

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word PowerPoint Excel and Outlook

  • Professional and clientfriendly with phone and email communication

  • Selfmotivated organized and focused without supervision

  • Maintain a positive problemsolving attitude in stressful situations

  • Willing to quickly learn any new skills
