Position Summary:
The Speech Language Pathologist specializing in PostAcute Care provides medically prescribed services for inpatients and/or outpatients. The goal is to restore function minimize disability following disease or injury and assist patients in reaching their maximum possible level of functioning. This includes enabling patients to assume a place in society while learning to live within the limits of their disabilities.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting assessments and treatment activities with patients. Frequently engaging in internal communication outside the workgroup to exchange workrelated information. Handling external contacts to provide or gather factual information requires normal courtesy and tact.
Education and Certifications:
Masters Degree in SpeechLanguage Pathology. Current State Licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American SpeechLanguageHearing Association (preferred). Current CPR Certification.
Work Experience:
Successful completion of a SpeechLanguage Pathology Clinical Fellowship. Experience in a PostAcute Rehab Setting is required.

Salary Range: Minimum51.00per hour Maximum51.00per hour.Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
