An AmLaw 100 firm is seeking an attorney to join its Sacramento CA office in the Labor & Employment Practice. The Labor & Employment Practice provides national coverage representing clients in employment litigation counseling and training.
Candidate Parameters:
- 37 years of experience in employment law
- Experience in employment litigation including PAGA Wage & Hour and FEHA
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- California Bar admission
