Supply Chain Compliance Lead
The Supply Chain Compliance Lead is responsible for developing implementing and maintaining a comprehensive compliance program to ensure the organizations global supply chain operations adhere to all relevant laws regulations and industry standards. This critical role requires a subject matter expert who can drive consistent compliance practices across multiple functions and geographies.
Key job responsibilities
Establish and oversee the implementation of a robust supply chain compliance framework encompassing policies procedures training and monitoring mechanisms.
Regularly monitor changes in supply chainrelated laws regulations and industry best practices (e.g. FCPA export controls customs requirements) and update the compliance program accordingly.
Conduct indepth risk assessments to identify potential compliance gaps and vulnerabilities within the supply chain including evaluating supplier practices and thirdparty relationships.
Develop and deliver targeted training programs to educate employees suppliers and logistics partners on their compliance obligations and responsibilities.
Implement effective due diligence and monitoring processes to ensure the organizations supply chain partners (e.g. suppliers freight forwarders customs brokers) adhere to all relevant compliance requirements.
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams (e.g. legal procurement logistics) to embed compliance controls into supply chain operations such as contract terms supplier onboarding and shipment verification.
Serve as the subject matter expert and central point of contact for all supply chain compliancerelated inquiries and issues providing guidance and support to various stakeholders.
Analyze compliance data and metrics to identify trends detect anomalies and recommend proactive measures to mitigate risks.
Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting on the organizations supply chain compliance performance preparing for audits and regulatory reviews as needed.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop the strategic roadmap for supply chain compliance aligning initiatives with the organizations overall risk management and operational objectives.

3 years of working cross functionally with tech and nontech teams experience
3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
2 years of supply chain experience
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
3 years of experience in supply chain management compliance or a related field with a strong focus on global supply chain compliance requirements.
Demonstrated expertise in interpreting and applying a wide range of supply chainrelated laws regulations and industry standards (e.g. customs export controls anticorruption).
Proven track record of developing and implementing effective supply chain compliance programs including the design of policies procedures and controls.
Excellent project management problemsolving and analytical skills to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities to influence crossfunctional teams and deliver compelling compliance training.
Indepth understanding of supply chain operations including procurement logistics and customs processes.
3 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
3 years of driving process improvements experience
Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes project management and schedules
Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. supply chain business law); advanced degree or professional certification preferred.
