Inviting applications for the role of Supply Chain Planning Finite capacity planning & scheduling manager Senior Manager English Remote Poland
In this role
Scheduling manager will optimize schedules address production constraints and respond to changing demands. Function as the main point of contact for all functional areas to gather critical planning information required for updating and progressing operations plans.
Responsibilities
Capacity Planning: Assess and plan the production capacity required to meet demand considering constraints like equipment availability and workforce.
Scheduling: Develop detailed production schedules that optimize the use of resources and ensure timely completion of production orders.
Material Coordination: Ensure that materials are available when needed by coordinating with procurement and inventory management teams.
Bottleneck Management: Identify and manage bottlenecks in the production process to minimize delays and improve efficiency.
Process Optimization: Continuously analyze and improve production processes to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Compliance: Ensure that all production activities comply with industry standards and regulations
Travel to various business units to assess process & improvise it.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Relevant years of experience in finite capacity planning & scheduling manager.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in finite capacity planning and scheduling software such as ERP/MRP systems.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess production data and make informed decisions.
Bachelors/Masters degree in supply chain managementCSCP certified CPIM certified candidates would be preferable.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to coordinate with various departments and stakeholders.
ProblemSolving: Ability to identify and resolve issues that may impact production schedules.
Experience: Previous experience in production planning scheduling or a related field
