JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Surveyor
Department: Project Department
Job Status: Full Timer
REPORTING
Reporting Lines: Project Manager
Working Hours: Saturday till Thursday from 07:30 am till 05:00 pm
Flexibility in schedule is a must especially in case of on spot support or system enhancement.
Location: Head Office Located in Riyadh
SCOPE OF THE JOB
As a Surveyor at Site at AlSharq Factory Steel Industries he will be responsible for ensuring accurate and precise measurements and surveying of construction sites for steel fabrication projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct detailed surveys of project sites to accurately determine measurements elevations and reference points for steel fabrication.
- Operate surveying instruments such as total stations GPS receivers and laser levels to collect data and measurements.
- Analyze survey data and measurements to create precise drawings maps and reports for use in steel fabrication processes.
- Assist in the layout and marking of construction sites ensuring proper alignment and positioning of steel structures.
- Collaborate with project managers engineers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate surveying and alignment with project requirements.
- Verify the accuracy of fabricated steel structures through onsite measurements and inspections.
- Maintain records and documentation of survey data measurements and reports.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Proven experience as a Surveyor in the construction or steel fabrication industry.
- Proficient in using surveying instruments and equipment such as total stations GPS receivers and laser levels.
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles techniques and practices.
- Proficiency with AUTO CAD 2D & 3D software and surveying software for data analysis and report generation.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
- Linguistic Skills: Fluent in English.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills for precise measurements and data analysis.
