Preferred Qualifications
Thorough knowledge of Maintenance operations: routine work management emergency work preventive and predictable maintenance on systems and components. Collecting and utilizing data in making management decisions. Developing and implementing comprehensive planning of summer work and small capital projects. A demonstrated ability to manage an environment that developed staff that was involve with participatory leadership focused on being problem solvers and a cando work force. Bachelors degree and 7 years construction or maintenance experience
Work Schedule
Standard working schedule: 8:00am 4:30pm Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the department.
