As a DevOps Automation Lead you will be at the forefront of streamlining and enhancing the software development life cycle within the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the charge in automating processes ensuring that the infrastructure and deployment strategies are efficient scalable and reliable. You will be expected to manage a team of DevOps engineers guiding them through complex automation challenges and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your role will involve close collaboration with both development and operations teams to create a seamless workflow that accelerates delivery while maintaining highquality standards.
To excel in this role you should be wellversed in a variety of DevOps methodologies and tools. Your success as a DevOps Automation Lead will be greatly influenced by your previous experiences. Having managed a team before you will know how to inspire and lead your engineers towards achieving automation objectives. The responsiblities of this role include but are not limited to:
