Job Description
Cibolo Creek is currently interviewing for an outstanding RN Charge Nurse to add to our compassionate team of nursing professionals.
Shifts Available: MondayFriday 10:00pm6:00am
Pay: $33 per hour

Responsibilities
- Respond to emergency situations based upon nursing standards policies procedures and protocol.
- Administers and/or ensures that medications and/or treatments are given according to physicians orders.
- Makes routine and special rounds keeping aware of residents condition and special needs.
- Reviews and documents all nurses notes in residents medical record and responds accordingly to indicated changes in resident status or needs.
Qualifications
- San Antonio TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Graduate from an accredited school of practical nursing or vocational nursing.
- Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing and currently licensed by the State of Texas.
- Current CPR certification.
- Great communication & management skills.
- Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Extensive knowledge of basic health care procedures.
