Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
01 year of experience in recruitment or HR (internship experience counts).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and tools (LinkedIn Naukri Indeed etc..
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and familiar with ATS systems (preferred).
