Job Description

Due to continuous growth CommScope is looking to hire a Engineer NPIto be based at our site inGoa India. This role will be responsible for releasing work orders and coordination with the production team and vendors for timely production/supply of material and ensuring smooth production without any shortage of material.
How Youll Help Us Connect the World:
- Responsible for NPI (New Product Introduction) projects at the site
- Work with Global Engineering team on product transfers and product development projects
- Responsible for designing the required tools/fixtures.
- Responsible to define the manufacturing process flow for new products
- Responsible to handover to the new projects to Operations with required deliverables.
Required Qualifications for Consideration:
- Bachelors / Diploma in related curriculum such as Electrical or Electronics or ETC Engineering/Mechanical Engineering with minimum 4 years experience.
- Should have basic knowledge on how to read and understand the manufacturing drawings
- Should have fiber cable and fiber termination knowledge
- Should know 7QC tools FMEA and control plan
- Basic skills on AUTOCAD/Solid works is preferred
- Include demonstrated competencies and physical mental & interpersonal skills.
- Skill Ability to effectively interact with personnel of various levels and disciplines. Ability to regularly contact influence and negotiate with both internal and external individuals on complex issue.
