Position Overview:
As an Onboarding Specialist youll play a vital role in shaping the first impression new hires have of Superior Skilled Trades. You will manage endtoend onboarding processes for new hires ensuring a seamless and positive experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a highvolume environment and possesses strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute the onboarding process for new hires ensuring all required documentation and compliance requirements are met.
- Act as the primary point of contact for new employees addressing questions and providing support throughout the onboarding journey.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Recruiters HR and hiring managers to coordinate onboarding schedules and ensure a positive experience for new hires.
- Manage highvolume onboarding operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in onboarding preferably within a fastpaced highvolume staffing environment.
- Familiarity with HR systems onboarding software and compliance standards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Detailoriented with excellent organizational and problemsolving skills.
