Job Title: Warehouse Intern

As an Intern for the Warehouse Operations team you will gain handson experience in logistics inventory management and supply chain coordination. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations through data management scheduling and communication with internal and external partners. This internship will provide valuable exposure to warehouse processes compliance procedures and crossfunctional collaboration within a dynamic business environment.
Our Warehouse Internship is a 12month program crafted for rising Graduates.
A Day in the Life
As a Warehouse Intern your day may include:
Coordinating delivery schedules and ensuring ontime shipments.
Maintaining accurate records databases and filing systems for inventory and shipments.
Handling invoices paperwork and other essential documentation related to warehouse activities.
Communicating with suppliers clients and internal teams to ensure seamless workflow.
Assisting with warehouse operations including stock counts and inventory tracking.
Providing basic office and clerical support to the warehouse team such as answering calls and responding to emails.
Ensuring compliance with safety quality control and regulatory procedures.
Supporting crossdepartment collaboration working with customer service purchasing and logistics teams.
Education
Completed bachelors degree in Supply Chain Logistics Business or a related field.
Knowledge Skills Abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word Outlook) and the ability to learn new systems.
Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills to maintain accurate documentation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with various partners.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
Willingness to work collaboratively with warehouse teams customer service and purchasing departments.
