Your part in St Andrews War Memorial

Our Cardiac Cath Lab Services team provide both diagnostic and interventional cardiac services across three laboratories.Progress in the area of cardiology at St Andrews continues to strengthen with our cardiac teams using the latest technology and groundbreaking procedures to ensure we are at the forefront of the treatment of cardiac disease. We are constantly working to meet the challenges of cardiac health issues to extend and give our patients a better quality of life.

The successful applicant will have proven experience in radiographic technique and a good knowledge of cardiac and vascular angiography. They will also demonstrate a high standard of patient care have initiative and be able to work autonomously as well as part of a multidisciplinary team environment.

What Makes a difference for us

• Bachelor of Applied Science Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent
• Current registration with AHPRA as a Medical Radiation Practitioner
• 2 years experience as a Radiographer
• Knowledge of and proficiency in interventional radiography particularly cardiac vascular and pain desirable
• Possess alicence to use irradiating apparatus
• Experience using Siemens and/or Phillips equipment
• Ability to work flexible hours on an oncall roster
