Working Hours:4 days out of 7 26hours and 6 minutes per week and will include weekends and public holidays.
Your role of Retail Assistant is a Fixed term contract for 22 weeks up until 27 October 2025. The likely start date for this role is 01 June 2025.

Explore the fascinating stories from Scotlands past and share your passion with international and local visitors who come to Stirling Castle during the summer season.
You will be responsible for delivering the highest standards of visitor experience across all areas of Stirling Castle working within the retail gift shops with proactive selling of retail products to visitors a core part of the role through visitor engagement.
Stirling Castle staff pride themselves on delivering a first class visitor service. We have welcomed over 515000 visitors from April November 2024 visitors from many countries around the world who are all looking for a unique experience with the anticipation that we will welcome even more visitors in 2025/26.
