Job Description
A teamoriented associate is sought for a growing Employment & Labor Relations Practice in the Detroit office.
Candidate Parameters:
- The ideal candidate will have 35 years of experience in employment law with a focus on employmentrelated litigation including responding to EEOC and local agency charges handling discovery and drafting dispositive motions.
- Additional responsibilities include assisting with various employment issues such as drafting employee handbooks and related documents and ensuring compliance with federal state and local employment laws.
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills are essential.
