SkillsetGroup is seeking a 3 Production Supervisors to work in the city of Torrance CA area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations ensuring efficiency quality and safety standards are met. This role involves managing production staff monitoring workflow and coordinating with crossfunctional teams to meet production targets. The Production Supervisor ensures compliance with food safety regulations implements process improvements and maintains high product quality while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork within the production environment. Job:
Title:3 Production Supervisors
DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY
Pay:$7590k/yr.
Shift: 2 1st Shift: 5 or 6 am start time can work 10hour days.
1 2nd shift: 4 or 5 pm start time can work 10hour days.
Job Requirements:
- 3 years experience as Production Supervisor would look at leads with 5 years experience.
- Working with Meat Enchiladas dips for Trader Joes baking etc. OR from the Fresh Produce side of a Food manufacturer.
- Experience managing at least 50 personnel.
- Extensive production experience
- Knowledge of GMPs HACCP & SOPs
- Possesses basic math skills.
- Flexible schedule with ability to work weekends and holidays.
- Bilingual and Food industrySTRONGLY preferred.
