Training Duration: 70 (Hrs)
30 hours of Domain Training: Including ERP sandboxes realworld examples case studies assignments and pre/postfinal assessments.
15 hours of P2P (ProcuretoPay) Training
15 hours of OTC (OrdertoCash) Training
30 hours of Communication Skills Training: Including written communicationbasic spoken soft skills and campustocorporate transition.
10 hours of Computer Skills: Focus on typing skills and accuracy.

Key Features of the Training Program
1.DomainSpecific ERP Training:
Students will engage with ERP sandboxes providing practical handson experience with software solutions used in realworld business scenarios.
Realworld case studies will be used to demonstrate how businesses manage the P2P and OTC processes effectively.
Assignments and assessments will reinforce the theoretical knowledge with practical applications.
2.Communication Skills:
The training will focus on improving written communication (emails reports etc. basic spoken communication (verbal interactions) and soft skills (teamwork leadership).
Campustocorporate transition training will focus on preparing students for professional environments including workplace etiquette and interview preparation.
3.Computer Skills:
Training will include typing accuracy and speed focusing on improving the efficiency of handling digital work.
4.Assessments:
Both pre and posttraining assessments will be conducted to measure the effectiveness of the training and ensure students are gaining the necessary skills.
Delivery Mode
Offline: Given the scale and geographical spread of the students fully offline mode might be considered for efficient delivery of the training sessions.
