Tokia Rika Minda India Pvt Ltd is hiring for an SMT Maintenance engineer suitable candidates can send resume
- Adherence to manufacturing process compliance legal & safety requirements TRMN standards and process specifications.
- Responsible for Safety Equipment down times and Quality.
- Coordinating with CFT for daytoday activities
- Work Continuously for improving Technical Availability and reducing the Breakdown of machines.
- Planning and executing PM on time.
- Finding training needs among the team and planning the same.
- Planning shift schedules for the team
- Deriving of corrective and preventive actions for machine breakdown
- Should have good analytical skills converting ability to solve problems on machines & lines.
- Should possess deep problemsolving abilities
- Should predict the problems in the machine and take preliminary actions to avoid the breakdown (implementation of Predictive maintenance)
- Should work for controlling the s and droppage
- Should work on Continuous improvement
- Responsible for individual target and department target and reports to Maintenance Manager
- Should predict the problems in the machine and take preliminary actions to avoid the breakdown (implementation of Predictive maintenance)
- Effective Escalation to suppliers on open points and breakdowns and its closure.
- Ordering and management of Spare parts and followup to get the same.
- Effective Escalation to suppliers on open points and breakdowns work towards closing them
- Managing and Allocation of Manpower for regular Activities.
Periodic:
- Review of KPIs and drives the team to achieve KPIs
- Arrange trainings to associates to improve MTTR.
- Should work for Improving SQCD.
- Should periodically review PM & B/D points and convert them to CBM Predictive mode. Need to make scientific analysis of failure and make suggestion of monitoring.
- Create QAM Machine FMEA and review. Change potential points into CBM.
- Implementation and sustenance of TPM MTBF and MTTR
- Coordination with Process owner for improvement activities.
- Establishing Spares monitoring for wear parts
- Planning and replacement of Tooling and Spare parts management.
Qualifications: Diploma or BE in Mechatronics / E&E / Electronics with 4 8 Years of exp.
Additional Information
4 8 Years of experience in Electronics manufacturing industry with the sound Electrical and Mechanical Trouble shooting skills on Pick and place machines Milling and conveyor systems. Process Knowledge in SMT line and Knowledge on other SMT machines is necessary. having knowledge in PLC AOI is an added advantage.
