Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design and develop visually appealing websites that adhere to the latest design standards.
- Collaborate with developers and the project managing team to ensure cohesive website functionality and aesthetics.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Ensure that websites are optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of design trends tools and best practices.
Skills:
- UI/UX Design: Wireframing prototyping and user experience optimization.
- Frontend Development: HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript ReactJS (basic knowledge).
- Responsive Design: CSS frameworks like Bootstrap Tailwind CSS or MaterialUI.
- CrossBrowser Compatibility: Ensuring consistency across different browsers.
- SEO Basics: Understanding how design affects search engine ranking.
- Web Performance Optimization: Techniques for faster load times and smooth interactions.
- Web Design Tools: Adobe XD Figma Sketch or similar design software. (Optional)
Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in web design.
- Bachelors degree in Web Design Graphic Design or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently.
Note: The interview process is currently being conducted in person and we are focusing on local candidates from Surat.
