The HR Power BI Analyst will lead key projects and develop metrics and reports to support both Human Resources and business operations. This role involves managing projects from inception to completion applying project management expertise and leveraging data analysis to identify process improvement opportunities. The HR Power BI Analyst is also responsible for designing building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports to support HR functions and decisionmaking. Additionally this position acts as a technical point of contact for assigned functional areas ensuring data accuracy troubleshooting system issues and testing changes to enhance performance and reliability.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Design build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for HR and organizational decisionmaking.
- Standardize and improve operational and financial data sources and models to enhance data quality and integrity.
- Conduct periodic reviews and audits of HR data to ensure accuracy and compliance with governance policies.
- Oversee HRIS system maintenance troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with IT security teams to implement data protection measures and ensure secure access controls.
- Stay updated on trends in BI tools HRIS systems and data governance to optimize processes.
- Conduct training on user procedures guidelines and documentation for HR systems and Power BI tools.
- Provide support to endusers ensuring effective navigation of Power BI and independent data analysis.
- Develop comprehensive documentation and training materials for both IT and HR audiences.
- Prepare the annual EEOC report and ensure compliance with federal reporting requirements.
- Compile and analyze compensation surveys and prepare related reports as needed.
- Ensure adherence to company EEO antidiscrimination and antiretaliation policies.
- Collaborate with key functional leaders across departments to gather superior requirements for work products.
- Provide support to the HR Leadership Team with projects and assignments.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to provide updates understand challenges and develop datadriven solutions.
- Manage projects and HR processes applying change management expertise to improve quality and efficiency.
- Stay current with emerging HR and BI trends including information systems and training techniques.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Business or related field required.
- Requires at least 2 years of relevant professional experience with an emphasis on data analytics BI Dashboards HRIS systems employee engagement employee relations or recruiting.
- At least 2 years work experience of increasing responsibilities in time sensitive and complex functions preferred.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
- Demonstrated organization and time management which includes the ability to multitask and run multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining thoroughness and precision.
- Instinctive understanding of leverage and the most important thing can selfanalyze area of focus based on goals and build and execute plan without heavy oversight.
