The Position: Our Client is seeking a qualified medsurg registered nurse. The ideal candidate will coordinate and deliver high quality patientcentered care. Our Client is offering the following benefits and compensation:
- Up to $43.20 per hour depending on experience
- Shift Diff: $4.25 for nights and $2.00 weekends

Job Responsibilities:
- Available Shifts:
- Days (Rotating Weekends) Urgent Need
- Nights (Rotating Weekends)
- Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patients health or situation
- Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team
- Analyze the assessment data to determine the diagnosis or issues
- Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and the situation
- Act as an advocate for patient safety.
- Ensure effective care and use of time supplies and equipment.
- Educate patients regarding their medications procedure and treatments providing patients and their families with support throughout their stay.
Job Requirements:
- 1 year of Recent (within the last year or 2 RN ACUTE CARE EXPERIENCE (Would Consider speaking with someone that has LTAC or Rehab experience but they need to have acute care experience in their background)
- Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
- Nursing Diploma or ASN; BSN preferred.
- BLS (AHA Healthcare provider) required within 30 days from start
- NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- ACLS required within 6 months
