Mon Wed Thur:7:00 AM 1:00 PM (being punctual is important)
Tue: 9:30 AM 1:30 PM (company training)
Sat & Sun: Closed occasional weekend marketing & annual SuperCamp required
Organized efficient and able to multitask in a busy environment
A problem solver with a getitdone attitude
Comfortable following systems and protocols to keep things running smoothly
Quickthinking adaptable and able to work well under pressure
Comfortable discussing financial options to help patients commit to care
Excited about longterm career growth in a growing clinic
- Greet check in and room patients with a warm friendly attitude
- Manage scheduling and patient flow to keep the office running smoothly
- Assist with insurance verification paperwork and billing support
- Guide patients through financial options and payment plans
- Answer phones respond to emails/fax and assist with patient inquiries
- Provide exceptional service and ensure a positive experience for every patient
- Call to schedule new prospects and leads
- Keep the clinic clean organized and professional
- Assist with marketing events and community outreach
- Attend annual SuperCamp training companypaid travel for professional development
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fastpaced setting
Detailoriented and comfortable following systems and protocols
Proficiency with technology and fast typing skills
Experience in customer service healthcare or chiropractic offices is a plus (but not required)
Excited about growing with a rapidly expanding company
Spanish speaking preferred but not required
A fastpaced fun and supportive work environment
