Private family looking to hire a FullTime Family Assistant
The ideal candidate for this role is a highly responsible organized and proactive individual who can seamlessly manage household duties while allowing the parents to focus on their business. They should preferably have experience working in a household with schoolaged children and be comfortable handling a mix of light cleaning/organization meal preparation and cooking simple family dinners laundry and errands. A candidate with strong communication skills trustworthiness and the ability to maintain a wellrun home without constant oversight would be the best fit. While full deep cleaning is not required they should be detailoriented and able to keep the home tidy between scheduled cleanings. Ideally the candidate is mature reliable and capable of taking initiative in daily tasks while being flexible to adjust to the familys needs.
What Works Best for Family: The family is seeking someone who can integrate into their home longterm becoming a trusted part of their household. Since their daughter is in school most of the time the role is more focused on household management rather than childcare. A candidate who can prepare simple dinners would be highly beneficial. They value someone who brings a strong work ethic attention to detail and the ability to keep the household running smoothly without extensive supervision.
