As a Software Features and Requirements Owner in COE Electrification you are accountable for defining the software features from stakeholders requirements authoring the software requirement cascading down to the software design level and supporting the software validation.
Key Job Areas of Responsibilities
- SW development
- Elicit and analyse Stakeholder Requirements.
- Establish and ensure the Stakeholder Requirements reviews with the software domain leaders.
- Responsible of the Software requirements specification including safety and Cyber Security: descriptions testing methodology and all requirements attributes included as per Garrett requirements Management Plan.
- Responsible of grouping the Software requirements per features and assigning to the module level.
- Responsible of the requirements traceability matrix.
- Support the software validation team
- Support the Software features plan.
- Support the software development effort and timing.
- Support the customers communication on the Software features and requirements.
2. Support new business win
- Support the software requirements analysis during RFI/RFQ phases: accept negotiate assign the requirements to domain experts
- Support customer technical meeting during RFI/RFQ phases
3. Software process capitalization and norms
- Responsible for executing the Software development according to Garrett process ASPICE
- Responsible for taking into account opportunities to reuse requirements solutions either from platform or previous project
- Responsible for sharing and capitalizing the lessons learned across the software organization
Education/Qualification
Bachelors/Masters degree in electronic engineering Computer or technical equivalent.
Experience Required
- Automotive Software experience >5 years)
- Software features & requirements owner >2 years)
- High level understanding of Automotive SW and HW/ Electronics solution vehicle Electric and Electrical architectures automotive product standards.
Key Skills & Knowledge
- Strong knowledge in requirements engineering
- Experienced and a good knowledge of transforming requirements into software architecture so that developers could handle.
- Strong knowledge of Automotive Electric Products software features
- Knowledge in AUTOSAR based software architecture.
- Knowledge on software development processes.
- Knowledge in Automotive Standard ISO 26262 ISO21434.
- Demonstrated bias for action/initiative customer focus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
