Are you a great Estate Agent Looking for a new role Join an established local Estate Agency in the Petts Wood area as an Assistant Sales Manager!
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a sensational ability to win new business and who is looking to take the next step in their career! Our client would ideally like an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Sales Manager but if you are currently an experienced Sales Negotiator ready to take a promotional step wed love to have a chat!
The ideal candidate will already be an experienced Estate Agency Sales Negotiator / Assistant Sales Manager / Lister who is capable of generating appraisals winning instructions and the ability to assist in managing the Sales team.
You will be a highly motivated enthusiastic and target driven. You will also need to provide first class customer service at all times and lead by example.
Skills: The skills required for this Assistant Sales Manager / Lister role will include:
- Previous residential sales / estate agency experience essential
- Experience in valuations and winning instructions essential
- Smart articulate and with excellent interpersonal skills
- Previous success in managing a team beneficial
- High level of customer service skills
- Great telephone manner and positive attitude
- Exceptionally wellpresented ambitious and selfmotivated
- Knowledge of Petts Wood and surrounding area helpful
- Full Driving License essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
