TheWarehouse Leadposition provides support to the operations division including receiving sorting and loading freight into the proper location and/or trucks.
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform the following essential duties satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review the linehauls and routes coming into the warehouse.
- Sort and stage the freight to ensure all deliveries go with the correct drivers.
- Reconcile route sheets to ensure they match paperwork investigate problems that may arise and address and correct any client service concerns.
- Notify theOperations Managerimmediately of all verbal or written inquiries concerning any inhouse issues missing freight etc. to ensure that contractors are following proper customer procedures to avoid service issues.
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
Requirements Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds on occasion.
- Ability to useappliance dollies to unload trailers by handand then arrange and move appliances around the warehouse.
- Warehouse experience preferred.
- Forklift Experienceor Certification preferred.
- Ability to work overtime if needed.
Shift:Saturday 9am 7pm and Sunday 6am 4pm
Pay Rate: up to $20.00 per hour
