Kickstart your global finance career as a Junior Executive / Finance Assistant to support my clients international office and Business Management team in Cape Town Southern Suburbs. Responsibilities:
- Process bank payments
- Maintain purchase and sales ledger for numerous clients
- Manage and raise sales invoices
- Maintain the general ledger for sole traders and smaller Directorran businesses
- Draft VAT returns for approval
- Maintain internal filing systems
- Ad hoc administration where required
Requirements:
- Degree
- Min of 2 or more years of experience in Financial assistant roles
- Experience of UK VAT (preferred)
- Proficient with MS Office and MS Excel
