Connect with our prospective clients both over the phone email and chat.
Ask the right questions to ascertain the needs of each unique traveler
Recommend and sell the right trip to the client based on their needs including any extra services that may enhance their experience.
Ensure the use of correct booking processes and procedures to minimize risk and reduce error rates.
Act at all times with the purpose of providing a lifechanging experience

Job Description:
1. Identifying customer need and preparing holiday packages.
3. Working for Corporate which means to fulfill all demands for corporate clients.
4. Handling both incoming and outgoing telephone calls and web enquiries.
5. Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination modes of transportation travel dates costs and accommodations.
6. Working hard to achieve sales targets.
7. Create update and maintain an electronic record of clients database includes their bookings & their payments.
8. Network with guests and other thirdparty vendors.
9. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
10. Building good customer relationship; before and after sales; to maintain client retention.
11. Conducting research to add new vendors/ Travel Agents.
12. Will be responsible for preparing and selling packages for our packages for tourists.
13. Perform reservation and operational tasks to execute guest trip.
14. Offering/ selling competitive prices & packages to customers.

1. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Email Writing.
3. Thorough understanding of sales/marketing and negotiating techniques.
