Essential Duties/Functions and Responsibilities - Conduct value engineering reviews to achieve an optimal balance between cost and quality.
- Draft review and validate change orders managing risks and ensuring alignment among all involved parties.
- Facilitate communication among various stakeholders including airport authorities construction teams and thirdparty consultants.
- Host regular project progress meetings to provide clear status updates and proactively identify potential issues that could affect project deliverables.
- Implement and oversee asset life cycle management strategies to ensure longterm operational efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
- Manage the design phase ensuring engineering consultants deliver per contractual agreements.
- Oversee the construction phase tracking timelines milestones and budgets while preparing regular status reports for the client.
- Review and validate engineering designs to comply with established standards and regulations.

To join IEIs team and take on this role you will have the following qualifications: - Ideally 1520years of handsonDesign work in Construction Infrastructure projects and/or Airport developmentprojects; preferably focusing on airport or other infrastructure projects.
- Bachelors degree in civil engineering
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) License.
- Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills substantiated by a track record of successful project delivery.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD MicroStation and other drafting programs.
