Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager Sterile
Location(s): Boston MA Miami FL or Montreal QC
Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to fill the key role of Quality Assurance Manager at External Supplier Organization (ESO) for Sterile Products in US. In this role you will play a crucial role in handling and communicating quality related topic ensure continuous improvement and compliance across systems processes and workflows. Your expertise will directly impact the operational efficiency of our ESO/API suppliers contributing to the satisfaction of both internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure active GMP oversight of ESOs supplying marketed and clinical supplies.
- Oversee quality management for structural ESO/API suppliers located in Americas in development and commercial sectors.
- Review supply agreements and manage quality agreements.
- Manage quality events to minimize impacts on Galderma covering supply recalls and complaints.
- Promote best practices at structural ESO/API suppliers.
- Managing relationships with ESO/API suppliers and coordinating activities with various stakeholders within Galderma and ESO suppliers
- Support of release activities of Portfolio
Skills & Qualifications
- Pharmacist or bachelors degree in Biology Biotechnology Biochemistry Chemistry Engineering Microbiology or another relevant scientific or engineering discipline.
- English written and spoken professional level required.
- Several years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Several years of experience in sterile biological terminally sterilized and/or aseptically filled.
- Recommended experience in Medical Device industry
