This individual will regularly align with key stakeholder commercial and marketing teams for understanding of data needs develop a US HEOR evidence generation plan to meet those data needs execute studies with the support of the cross functional team and external vendors and communicate study findings to the US and global teams to ensure clear accurate messaging and pullthrough.
The role entails supporting HEOR projects from inception to completion for all phases of research. The role will encompass research design project management analysis interpretation and dissemination of HEOR evidence and the communication of appropriate HEOR key value messages. Conduct primary HEOR research and develop financial and operational evidence to support value proposition activation clinical adoption and Market Access.
Develop indepth knowledge of product lines markets sales processes and customer groups leveraging prior experience and commercial expertise to execute research strategy.
Understand key business drivers and use this knowledge to accomplish tasks. Integrate the work of your team with other teams to contribute to the overall area.
Utilize prior experience and onthejob training to solve straightforward tasks accessing technical skills and analytical thinking as needed. Collaborate with multiple internal sources outside of your team to make informed decisions.
Likely to be an individual contributor with proven interpersonal skills communicating with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services. Provide informal guidance to new team members and explain complex information in a straightforward manner.
Required Qualifications
For roles outside of the USA: Relevant experience in HEOR Market Research and Evidence Generation a bachelors degree from an accredited university or college.
For roles in the USA: Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college with 23 years of relevant work experience.
Desired Characteristics
