We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Consultant with an expertise in eProcurement processes to join our team at EY GDSSC&O. This is a remarkable chance to work with a toptier company and play a key role in expanding a new service offering. As part of our EYGDS team you will be expected to support Procurement Implementations and Digital Transformation projects.

The opportunity

By joining our team you will assist clients in enhancing their supply chain efficiency. Utilizing EY GDSSC&Os proprietary frameworks you will help clients to improve the reliability flexibility and responsiveness of their supply chain while reducing the total cost.

Were looking for Consultant/ Senior Consultant with consulting / implementation experience across procurement tools such Coupa Ariba and SAP and Oracle and other e procurement tools.

Your key responsibilities

• Candidate will work with the extended team and/or client to design and deliver actionable supply chain transformation projects.

• Responsible for understanding the AsIs process and end to end requirements and translating them to functional specifications so as to propose the ToBe process
• Responsible for Procurement system configuration in line with client business process
• Responsible for performing user acceptance testing and system integration testing along with customer
• system users and technical team
• Responsible to document all customer business process and to prepare process documentations and
• user guide for configuration
• Responsible to conduct training sessions for customers and suppliers
• Responsible for golive preparation and golive readiness status check
• Responsible for post golive hyper care period support

Skills and attributes for success

• Understanding of source to pay processes and the technology landscape
• Effective communication skills and experience in customer facing role
• Ability to work independently and proactive

To qualify for the role you must have

• Minimum 3 years of relevant business or consulting experience
• Experience in using technology solutions for such processes as sourcing supplier management contracting order creation invoicing data integration risk
• Knowledge of implementing Ariba (or comparable) system (in addition to user knowhow)
• System requirements collections design configuration testing and supporting
• Experience in Advanced Excel and Power Point
• Ability to prepare and deliver presentations for client and management is an essential part of the role
• Ability to work independently selfmotivated and highly focused individual would be a best fit
• Entrepreneurial mindset design thinking and passion for planning would drive this role

Ideally youll also have

• Experience in Data Visualization using Tableau /Power BI / QlikView etc
• Technical background related to system configuration and setup is a strong addition
