Mission Grammar School is seeking a dedicated and passionate Math Interventionist Teacher to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for an educator committed to supporting elementary scholars (grades K26 in developing strong mathematical foundations. The Math Interventionist will work closely with classroom teachers administrators and support staff to implement targeted interventions provide smallgroup instruction and track student progress to ensure academic success.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement highquality math intervention strategies to support struggling learners in grades K26.Provide smallgroup and oneonone instruction tailored to students individual needs.Collaborate with classroom teachers to analyze data and adjust instruction based on student progress.Partner with Special Education Team and Elementary Support Team to ensure cohesive and intentional differentiated support across all classrooms and teachersUtilize researchbased instructional practices to reinforce core math concepts and problemsolving skills.Develop and maintain student progress reports and communicate effectively with families and staff.Support schoolwide math initiatives and professional development for teachers.Foster a growth mindset and a love for learning in all scholars.Focus on math instruction by reinforcing fundamental skills and standards essential for elementary scholars while creating a safe nurturing and educational environment. Collaborate with staff and maintain expertise in curricula and best practices in math instruction.
