Activity Manager 12 months FTC
Location: Slough/Maidenhead 50 Hybrid Working
Salary:Bonus Benefits
The Activity Manager will oversee cross functional teams to deliver projects within challenging timelines. The role is critical in ensuring delivery of the Drinks & Treats innovation pipeline and other product activities whilst maintaining quality speed and agility. These projects include new product development core product optimisation and structural changes such as system/process implementation.
What are we looking for
- Experience managing and delivering complex projects through crossfunctional teams.
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects with experience working with 3rd party suppliers (ideally in food manufacturing).
- Strong communication interpersonal and critical thinking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Highly organized driven and a strong problemsolver with a proactive approach to making things happen.
What will be your key responsibilities
- Oversee projects from brief to market completion across multiple categories.
- Organize and drive crossfunctional teams to meet activity objectives and deliverables.
- Serve as a neutral mediator guiding critical conversations to ensure proper conclusions.
- Manage project timelines identify critical paths and solve issues to keep projects on track.
- Share learnings with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
- Within 3 months youll lead project meetings; by 6 months motivate teams and understand their impact on the business.
