Job Description

Overview

Position Summary

We aare looking to add to our team 1Fulltime 3rd shift QMA. In this role you will be responsible for the oversight of administration of medication to residents as well as assisting residents with general personal care as needed.

Essential Functions Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Administer and document medication according to the organizations policies and procedures.
  • Supervise the selfadministration of medication when applicable.
  • Complete and perform all treatments according to policy standards and nurses orders.
  • Provide personal care assistance/services as required or instructed.
  • Observe and report any changes in residents physical/emotional condition.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents visitors and coworkers.
  • Attend a minimum of 12 annual hours of inservice education.
  • Promote and respect the dignity and wellbeing of each resident and their family.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Comply with all policies and procedures and any updates.

Position Requirements

Education: High School Diploma/GED

Licenses/Certifications: Medication Aide Certification may be required depending on state regulations

Experience: 1 years of caregiving or other related clinical experience

Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to demonstrate patience and compassion in working with the elderly.
  • Detailoriented.

USD $18.00/Hr.

Max

USD $20.75/Hr.
